Robert Snodgrass says the team are raring to go at Craven Cottage.

Robert Snodgrass, talking exclusively to Norwich City TV, says the squad has responded quickly to the change of manager and will bring fresh ideas to their game when they run out against Fulham tomorrow afternoon.

"We've had a great week. We're fully behind the new manager. He's brought some great ideas on board so hopefully we'll get a good result," he said.

"It's been an up and down week, but at the end of the day we're professional footballers and we've got a job to do. The most important thing to do is represent this football club and do the best we can possibly do against Fulham.

Snodgrass says Neil Adams' long history as a servant of the club - and his thorough knowledge of the team - has eased the transition at Colney and the squad have responded well to a fresh perspective.

"We've had fresh ideas on the training ground this week. The manager has got things up his sleeve. I know straight away that the boys will be ready. The place has been lively and to get a good result you need to come out of the blocks flying.

"It's going to be a tough game. We know what's at stake. A win there will set us up for the big four games coming up.

"I'm sure the fans will be looking for big characters to try to score goals, and I believe I can do that. This is where it counts, so hopefully I can do it again."
