NORWICH City captain Russell Martin played ninety minutes for Scotland as they won 1-0 against Czech Republic on Thursday evening.

Ikechi Anya scored the only goal of the game early in the first half as Gordan Strachan's side emerged victorious from Prague.

Northern Ireland entertained Wales in a Home Nations clash that featured Kyle Lafferty, who played seventy-five minutes and recently completed a loan move to Birmingham.

It was another Watford player on the scoresheet as Craig Cathcart scored to give Michael O'Neill's side the lead, before Simon Church's late penalty equalised for Wales in a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Martin Olsson was an unused subsitute for Sweden as they lost 2-1 to Turkey in Antalya, thanks to a Cenk Tosun brace either side of Andreas Granqvist's strike.
