THERE are many facilities that have been designed to accommodate supporters with a variety of disabilities and to encourage all fans to come along and watch the Canaries play live at Carrow Road.

Introduction
Facilities for disabled supporters at Norwich City Football Club include places for up to 83 wheelchair users and 139 ambulant supporters.

While the majority of places will be taken up by season ticket holders, a number will be kept for home casual tickets and away supporters.

Indoor Aviva Ability Counts Gallery
24 Wheelchairs + 24 Escorts/65 Ambulant Seats

The Aviva Ability Counts Gallery is an inside viewing area, behind glass with heating when necessary. This is fully accessable by a lift and is self-contained with disabled toilets and a large refreshment area with a lowered counter.

Outside Jarrold Stand Wing (N & O)
15 Wheelchairs + 15 Escorts/27 Ambulant Seats

Outside Jarrold Stand Centre (J & M)

Supporters can sit at the front of the Jarrold Stand at pitch level with disabled toilets close by and refreshments are available from within the Jarrold Stand concourse.

Match Tickets for Escorts
Escort match tickets are free of charge and can only be issued when a disabled match ticket is purchased. Disabled super members who wish to acquire an escort match ticket at the earliest opportunity will need to either supply the Club with an existing super membership number or purchase an additional super membership by contacting the Ticket Office on 0844 826 1902.

Buy Backs
If you are a season ticket holder and you can not attend a home fixture, then please call the Ticket Office on 0844 826 1902 as soon as possible to put your ticket on buy back.

Equipment and Services
- Matchday programme in Microsoft Word via email.
- Soccersight live match commentary system.
- Portable induction loop for hearing aids.
