This season sees us bring 9 new first year Scholars into the Club. The group consists of a mixture of players who have spent varying lengths of time at the Club. Below is a brief introduction to each of the lads.

Tom Adeyemi - Tom has been registered with the Academy since he was 8 years old and is a local boy who attends the Norwich School. Tom is an athletic midfielder player who possesses excellent technique. Tom played for the Reserve Team as an Under 16 last season.

Tyree Clarke - Tyree has joined us from Birmingham City having been informed by Birmingham that he would not be offered a Scholarship with them at the end of last season. After a successful trial period at our Club he accepted our offer of a Scholarship. Tyree is a strong, quick centre forward.

Joshua Dawkin - Joshua comes from St Ives in Cambridgeshire and has been registered at the Club for 3 seasons. Josh is a wide midfield player with good pace and is very comfortable when running with the ball. Josh has recently been called up to represent Wales Under 19's. Josh also represented the Club at Reserve Team level last season as a schoolboy

Dario Dumic - Dario joins us from Danish Club Hvidovre. Dario is a tall midfield player, who has an excellent range of passing with both feet. Dario has recently been called up to represent Denmark Under 17's. Dario has settled in well as he looks to make himself feel at home in Norfolk.

Georgie Francomb - Georgie hails from Hornchurch and joined us following a trial period in his Under 16 year. He is a combative right full back who looks to get forward and support his team mates in attacking play.

Sam Habergham - Sam has been registered with the Club since he was an Under 9. He lives in Attleborough and attended Wymondham College. Sam is an intelligent left back, who shows real determination and good technique. He represented the Reserve Team as a schoolboy last season.

Kenny Reeves - Kenny is in his second spell at the Club having been released as a young schoolboy, but credit to Kenny for working hard at his game and earning his Scholarship offer at the end of last season. Kenny, who is from Norwich, is a tall Centre Forward with a good eye for goal.

Emmanuel Richardson - Manny has been associated with the Club now for 2 years having previously spent time at Arsenal. Manny is a technically gifted forward player who has great ability on the ball and a large number of tricks up his sleeve.

David Stephens - David joined the Club in his Under 14 year and lives in Hatfield. David is a very tall, strong midfield player. He has represented Wales at Under 16 and Under 17 levels. David also represented the Club at Reserve Team level as a schoolboy last season.

I am pleased to report that all the lads have settled in well and are training hard. I am confident that this group can compete well in the Academy League next season and more importantly, with the correct guidance and hardwork of the players, I feel there are some potential first team players amongst this group.
