CHARITY REQUESTS
Norwich City Football Club Charity Policy
Norwich City Football Club recognises the importance and hard work of charities and community fund-raising groups around the UK as well as the positive impact the Club can have to help to generate revenues for these causes.
The Club typically receives over 1,000 requests for donations to good causes each year. Whilst unable to fulfil all requests, the Club is committed to delivering assistance and has this charity policy in place to facilitate this process.
Throughout the course of each football season the Club will make available approximately 200 pairs of football tickets to be used by the fund-raisers to generate revenues.
Applications for these tickets must be made in writing to the address below. Owing to the large number of applications received, the Club cannot accommodate requests from organisations or groups outside of Norfolk and North Suffolk. However the Club will make special provisions for exceptional cases and some national campaigns. The Club will also consider any applications for help from armed forces or emergency services groups.
Regrettably time, administration and postal costs mean that the Club cannot respond to, or acknowledge, unsuccessful applications. The cost savings made here will be passed on to successful applicants by ensuring that 200 pairs or tickets remain available each year.
The Club would like to place on record its recognition of the hard work of dedicated volunteers and charitable organisations up and down the country.
