Withdean Stadium is a council-owned stadium, and it is the club's responsibility to encourage all spectators to use sustainable transport. The stadium is located two miles from the town centre, just off London Road (A23), there is no parking allowed within a mile of the ground, due to matchday restrictions.
By Road
Due to the parking restrictions in the town on a matchday, if driving it is best to utilise the Park & Ride facilities:

Park & Ride
The Park & Ride sites are situated in two locations:
- Mill Road, off A23/A27
- Mithras House, Lewes Road
Please note the Mill Road site can only be accessed from the A23/A27 turn-off at Patcham and by driving west up Mill Road. You will not be allowed to enter Mill Road from the Hove turn-off from the A27.
The Football Park & Ride buses are exclusively for the use of those attending the match. You will need to show your match ticket on boarding. The bus will then take you to the drop-off point.
After the match you should go to the pick-up points on the London Road, and the buses will then take you back to your Park & Ride.
Please note all cars must be removed from the Mill Road car park no later than two hours after the match.
By Train
The nearest railway station is Preston Park, a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium. It is served by London Victoria, Kings Cross and London Bridge. Come out of rail station, turn left and walk down Station Road and at the bottom turn left crossing over the rail bridge and Withdean Stadium is just ahead of you.
