YOUNG Welsh Under-19 international Josh Dawkin fired in an impressive hat-trick as City's under-18s bounced back from being a goal behind to triumph 4-2 away to Tottenham.
Richard Brindley also got on the scoresheet as the young Canaries grabbed their first Premier Academy League away victory of the season.
Ricky Martin's side found themselves trailing after just three minutes as the home side applied strong pressure for the first 20 minutes.
England youth international 'keeper Jed Steer then made a crucial save to keep City in the hunt and on 23 minutes they were level when the front three combined well and Josh Dawkin finished clinically in a one-on-one situation.
The Canaries were now playing with belief and the game was even, with chances for both sides, before the interval.
Half-time: Spurs 1, City 1
After the break the visitors came out and took control of the game and found themselves deservedly 4-1 up by the time 72 minutes had elapsed.
The hard working Dawkin completed an excellent hat-trick and Brindley also found the net as Norwich put the game beyond the reach of their illustrious opponents - the only black mark on a memorable second half being the penalty they conceded in the 90th minute allowing Spurs to grab a consolation.
Full-time: Spurs 2, City 4
After the game Academy Manager Ricky Martin told First News: "The lads were absolutely outstanding today and that second half has to be one of the best 45 minutes I have seen from a young Canary side. Everybody played their part and it's great to get our first away win under our belts, something that took us several games last year."
