QPR PRE-MATCH PLANS
WITH Saturday's game against Queens Park Rangers (3pm kick-off) the last home match of the season, fans are being asked to get to Carrow Road early, with this year's Anglian Player of the Year presentations happening pre-match.
Club Chairman Roger Munby will make the presentations starting at 2.38PM to the top three choices as voted for by supporters, with the winner of the Barry Butler Memorial trophy announced last.
The match is a sell-out for both home and away supporters and it's hoped all will get involved in a stadium mosaic as the teams run out before kick-off. Every home supporter will find a card attached to their seat and will be asked to hold this above their head to form a large yellow and green mosaic around Carrow Road.
Sky Sports presenter and Norwich fan Simon Thomas will also be at the game and will be leading off the usual rendition of 'On the Ball City' before the game.
As is traditional at the end of the last home game of the season, supporters can remain behind after the game to welcome the team round for a lap of the pitch and for the squad to thank fans for their fantastic support during the season. It will also be an opportunity for supporters to bid farewell to veteran star Dion Dublin as he retires from the game at the end of this season.
