Posted on: Tue 03 Jun 2008

CITY welcomed another member of staff today as Manson Fowler became the new Kit Manager for the Club.

Fowler has been employed in a similar role by SPL side Kilmarnock for the last seven years. Manson, known as 'Manny' said he was looking forward to his new job.

He told First News: "I'm delighted to have been given the opportunity to join a Club like Norwich City. I'm really excited about the prospects of next season, and the gaffer and the other coaching staff are all really excited too. Their enthusiasm has rubbed off on me.

Manny commented: "I started out as a joiner and through a combination of circumstances ended up being the Kit Man at Kilmarnock Football Club for seven years. It's a great job, and in football it's not often you get a chance for promotion, and coming to Norwich is definitely a promotion.

"I'm really looking forward to living in Norfolk, I've never been here before and it's a beautiful part of the country. Everyone I've met so far has been really friendly and Carrow Road is a fantastic stadium."
