THE FA have released a statement following a hearing relating to the Canaries' fixture against Bristol City last season.

'At a Regulatory Commission hearing today, Norwich City Manager Glenn Roeder was fined £1000 and given a suspended two match touchline ban.

Roeder and his Assistant Manager Lee Clark were both charged with improper conduct, in connection with incidents in their game with Bristol City on 29 March 2008. Both admitted the charges.

The suspended ban will be activated should Roeder be found guilty of a similar offence during the 2008/09 season.
