GIOVANNI Trapattoni has called up Wes Hoolahan to be part of  the Republic of Ireland squad for their next two games.

The Eire boss has included Hoolahan in a squad of 22 for a challenge match against Nottingham Forest at Dalymount Park on Thursday, October 9, six days before the Cypriots head for Croke Park for a World Cup qualifier.

Another international call-up came for OJ Koroma, who will be in the Gambia squad when they play Senegal in Dakar on October 11.
