Full-Time - Sammy Clingan is awarded the Anglian Man of the Match.

16.55 - Referee Deadman blows the final whistle at Carrow Road.

16.54 - Paul Connolly taking his time over a throw-in, time ebbing away.

16.49 - Five minutes of stoppage time to be played.

16.48 - Lita with a great chance to equaliser, the on loan striker was stretching to reach Sibierski's flick-on, looked offside from here but the assistant's flag stayed down. Toe-poked wide.

"Bell ends misery! Good to hear him finally play. The headline will be in the papers tomorrow, well the sunday sport anyway."
gldavey

16.43 - Heartache, David Marshall came into no-mans land on the edge of his area, when Drury had Ellington stood up with his back to goal. Reminiscent of Gomes for Spurs in midweek in the UEFA Cup against Wisla Krakow. Ellington turned and rolled the ball into an empty net.

Your Shout from the Message Board
"Another defender injured and possibly missing for the next game. Thats Kennedy, Doherty and Semi injured, Stef suspended, Grounds at Middlesborough, Shackell sold. Any chance of another loan defender?"
swjfnor36

16.40 - David Bell delivers two great delivers, firstly a corner and from the clearance another one, which finds Lita's head, but over.

16.39 - Last substitution from Glenn Roeder, Arturo Lupoli comes on for Lee Croft, who has played well again today. Bell switches over to his more natural right-flank position. Unsure whether Lupoli is going left-wing or it three-up.

16.37 - A great last ditch tackle from stand-in central half Adam Drury, getting his body in the way to deny Hulse an opportunity.

Your Shout from the Message Board
"I thought Bell was a right winger, but then Drury isn't a central defender and Clingan isn't a right back either. Perhaps we should play Lita in goal?"s
swjfnor36

16.36 - Good chance gone to waste as a delayed pass sees Lita stray a fraction offside, Leacock had been caught in possession by Russell and was out of position.

16.35 - David Bell whips in a nice cross from the left but Lita's back-header goes over the bar.

Your Shout from the Message Board
"See the ref for today's game is D.Deadman. He seems to have killed the game for Derby."
ian_norw934

16.32 - Jordan Stewart booked, possibly for kicking the ball away in front of the ref. Nathan Ellington comes on for Davies for the visitors.

16.29 - Nice turn from Lita on the edge of the box, but his attempt to win a corner is thwarted as the ball bounces off a defender back on to him and behind. The Barclay thought it was a corner, but it wasn't.

Your Shout from the Message Board
"Come on you yellows! Lets get a win, without a defence, now that would be a good result. The best form of defence is attack."
swjfnor36

16.27 - 24,771 is the crowd today.

16.24 - Prze...prz...the big Polish number six is booked for a clumsy challenge on Russell.

16.21 - Both sides making a substitution here. Derby are bringing on Przemyslaw Kazmierczak (that's easy for me to say) for Barazite, while for City it's a debut for David Bell, who replaces OJ Koroma on the left flank.

16.18 - Derby are playing with just Hulse up-top, 4-4-1. Otsemobor receives a standing ovation as he is carried round the pitch on a stretcher, his right knee appeared to twist awkwardly on the replays.

16.16 - Simon Spencer has called for the stretcher to take Otsemobor away who is in a great deal of discomfort on the fall side. Mark Fotheringham has come on to replace the full-back, goalscorer Clingan moves to right-back.

16.15 - Otsemobor off the field for the moment after going down under a crunching challenge on the right-flank. City continue to push.

16.12 - All City, Croft getting away down the right twice, both back-post crosses, Bywater stretched to take the first off Koroma's head, the second was flicked away by Stewart. Huge noise coming from the crowd here at Carrow Road now.

16.10 - Sammy Clingan on his return fires the penalty passed sub goalkeeper Stephen Bywater for his first City goal. Bywater was brought on and Argentinian striker Emanuel Villa was the man sacrificed.

16.09 - Details, Omozusi intercepted a square pass from Derby on the break and strode forward chipping a pass through for Lita, the striker took a touch on his chest round Carroll who stretched out an arm to bring the debutant down.

16.08- Penalty to City! Carroll is going, going, gone!

16.08 - First half-chance of the half, Croft sliding Lita in down the side but his shot is blocked.

16.04 - The second half is underway, no changes from either side,

Your Shout from the Message Board
"Lets just say we're heading for a fantastic 1 point out of 9 against 3 teams who were in the bottom 5 before we faced them."
jarabe

15.49 - Half-time whistle goes. City with work to do after the break.

15.47 - Drury is ok - we're in first-half injury time. Food for thought for Glenn and his team. Plenty of good width for City but this is not being converted into enough pressure on Roy Carroll in the Derby goal.

15.45 - Adam Drury is down in a heap. Darren Deadman finally notices with the assistance of some 'helpful advice' from the Snakepit

15.44 - A clearance from Omosuzi is blasted in the direction of the sinister spin kings Jarabe loves so - sadly for Jarabe it falls short and pings off a railing inches from an elderly gentleman making his way in for half-time tea and biscuits.

15.42 - Yes thanks for that Porker! Hulse heads wide from Davies' cross. There's no doubt our makeshift defence have their work cut out today.

Your Shout from the Message Board
"Whilst not a lot happening in this game I'll mention that Derby are winning 1-0."
Porker

15.39 - City are unsurprisingly under pressure in the air at the back. Stewart's cross from the left is met with a glancing header wide from Davies.

15.35 - A bizarre moment as referee Darren Deadman appears to decide the players can have a cricket-style drinks break...no wait, it looks as if in fact we were waiting for the assistant ref to have some sort of fitness test. Ah, all makes perfect sense now then!

15.32 - City still searching for fluency to their play. There's no doubt they have dangerous players in forward areas, but at the moment they have been restricted to fragments of promising football and half-chances.

15.29 - Koroma forces ex-Manchester United 'keeper Roy Carroll into a save from a free-kick fairly central. Carroll tipping the effort over the bar for a corner, which is cleared.

15.27 - The striker's next involvement from the restart is to go in late on Otsemobor as the defender cleared, Hulse receives a booking for it, third man in Deadman's book this afternoon.

15.26 - Rob Hulse puts the visitors ahead here at Carrow Road, heading in Davies' right-wing corner at the far post.

15.24 - And again, Lee Croft holding off Steven Davies and winning a free-kick for the process as he is held back himself looking to take the ball out of the corner area.

15.23 - Lee Croft with some more great defending in the right-back position.

15.20 - Dean Leacock goes into the referee's notepad this time for a foul on Russell, Mr. Deadman had already warned the central defender earlier for contesting a decision.

15.18 - Another chance for Koroma, Croft's cross eludes everybody except Koroma at the far post, twelve yards out the Gambian steers his shot wide.

15.16 - Goalmouth scramble is Lita fires a low pass across the box and Koroma finds the ball trapped under his feet six yards out. Derby 'keeperRoy Carroll and Connolly somehow hack it away from a tangle of legs.

15.15 - End to end stuff as Connolly's dangerous cross from the right eludes both defenders and attackers in the City box. The Canaries roar up to the other end as Otsemobor breaks at lightning speed, but his final ball to Croft is poor and the break is halted.

15.12 - Good link-up play between Lita and Sibierski up front ends with the Reading loan striker backheeling to Bertrand - but his cross is blocked.

15.10 - A throw from Davis is cleared only back as far as the Derby left midfielder who crashes the rebound goalwards on the volley, forcing Marshall to deflect the ball behind.

15.08 - Steven Davis puts the ball through Otsemobor's legs but Russell dashes across to clear the danger from inside the box.

15.05 - Disappointing first touch from Leroy Lita, running at the Derby back-line before placing his pass behind Koroma, throw-in to Derby.

15.04 - Darel Russell is the first player in the book for a foul on Miles Addison, adjudged to have taken man and ball.

15.02 - Sammy Clingan straight back into the thick of things making a sliding tackle over on the left touchline much to the appreciation of The Jarrold Stand.

15.00 - We're underway, City kick-off attacking The Norwich and Peterborough Stand.

14.58 - Just looking at how the team are taking shape as they knock the ball around and we appear to have been correct with our earlier speculation. Leroy Lita getting a huge ovation from the crowd as his name is read out over the tannoy.

14.55 - The teams are making their way out on to the pitch, just minutes away from kick-off!

14.42 - Earlier in League One, Peterborough beat Leeds 2-0 with goals from George Boyd and that man Craig Mackail-Smith. Alan Gow scored the equaliser for Blackpool deep, deep into injury-time to secure a home point against Cardiff, Paul Parry had the visitors in front at Bloomfield Road. Birmingham leap-frog Wolves for the time being thanks to a Kevin Phillips goal at home to QPR. Wolves travel to Swansea today.

14.37 - Unfortunately due to the five loanees in the matchday squad ruling, Troy Archibald-Henville is the one to miss out today and before you all start mentioning that their are in fact six loanees, the ruling only applies to those under the English FA, so Arturo Lupoli doesn't count, as John Kennedy has not done so earlier in the season.

"
Quite exited about the Lita/Sibierski partnership, and Archibald-Henville deserves to get a start - that was the reason that Roeder bought him in on loan, so why not? GR obv. thought he was good enough to play first team football.

Score predictions: Derby have the sharper team and will win the battle for the middle of the park, although I fancy Lita to score on his debut: 1-2 sad"
hrsthenwc

14.22 - Many permutations as to how we might line-up today, we think it might be Adam Drury in alongside Omozusi at the heat of the defence, Bertrand and Otsemobor as full-backs. Sammy Clingan returning from his shoulder injury in the engine room with captain Russell. OJ Koroma on the left flank with Croft on the right and Leroy Lita making his debut partnering Sibierski. We'll bring you confirmation as soon as we know.

14.10 - Only once since the 1981-82 season, in the old Division Two has this fixture produced a victory for either side by more than a one goal margin. On that day, November 21, 1981, City ran out 4-1 winners with goals from Mark Barham, Peter Mendham, Keith Bertschin and John Fashanu. In the nine games since, City have won seven of them and Derby two. One-nil to City has been the most popular scoreline yet over on the Message Board only chrisbetts18 has predicted that as today's outcome, 2-1 proves to be the most popular.

14.08 - Team news is out over on 'On The Ball'. Leroy Lita comes in for his debut, Mark Fotheringham is dropped to the bench with Darel Russell taking the captain's armband.
