83rd: Marshall punches clear a McAnuff corner and sets Gow off down the left, switch to Croft on the right and he attacks his man, with his shot taking a deflection for a corner,
80th: Alan Lee was wheeling away in celebration in front of the Norwich and Peterborough Stand thinking he had his first goal for City at Carrow Road but it is chalked off for offside. Russell charged down Doyley's clearance and Croft and Lee scampered off after it and the Irishman won the race, took a touch, steadied himself and finished with aplomb but the assistant's flag was already up.

Gow picks up the loose ball but is blocked on the edge of the area, so Lee resumes possession. He cuts inside on his right foot and fires in another shot that this time goes narrowly wide. Shackell throwing himself in front of a Tommy Smith shot set that chance up.
67th: Smith gets in a cross from the right and Doherty and Marshall both leave it at the near post and luckily Will Hoskins had stopped expecting the ball to be cut out and it flashes across the face of the City goal.
66th: Today's attendance is the highest at Carrow Road this season, 25,487. Carney swings in a cross from the right, left-footed that DeMerit heads clear but only as far as Sammy Clingan, who takes it on first time, but flashes wide of Loach's left-hand post, who was scrambling.

64th: Shackell's slide blocks Smith cross and Watford have a corner from the right that Smith himself will take.
59th: Alan Lee is spoken to by referee Tanner and just to calm himself down after appealing for a free-kick, but it is a throw-in to City.
56th: Darel Russell plays in Alan Gow, timing his run to perfection down the left channel and the forward on loan from Rangers flashes a left-footed shot just wide of Loach's far post.
55th: Alan Lee goes in the referee's notebook for persistent fouling after bringing down Adrian Mariappa near the Watford byline.
49th: Jenkins feeds Hoskins inside the area, his back-flick finds the run of Smith but he skews his effort over the bar from 14 yards.
Watford will make a change with Jack Cork on loan from Chelsea replacing Daniel Rose, on loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
The teams re-emerge from the tunnel for the second half. Watford wearing their change kit of red will restart the match with City kicking towards the Norwich and Peterborough Stand in this second half.

45th: Two minutes to be added on at the end of the half.

42nd: Mooney is played in, one-on-one wide on the right, just onside, goes to ground with the 'keeper and Loach wins the challenge and Mooney comes off worse in the tackle, catching the stopper's studs in his chest.
41st: Corner played short and Carney's cross is headed away at the near post. Ball breaks to Russell who looks to bend one but too strong and over.

36th: Darel Russell does well to track the run of Daniel Rose and intercept the intended pass but concedes a corner in the process. McAnuff's corner is headed behind for another. The winger goes over to the left to deliver this one. Hanging delivery that Marshall comes to claim with ease.
34th: McAnuff with a Watford corner from the right, Lee rises highest to head clear. Carney's long ball looking for Mooney is overhit.
33rd: Throw-in looking for Lee's head and cleared behind for another City corner from the right. Carney's delivery is claimed under pressure from Shackell by Loach.
31st: Carney's attempted cross is blocked by Lloyd Doyley and the Australian will take this corner from the right. Left-footed from the right, clears Shackell making the near post run but Mooney coming in behind can only hip the ball wide from close range.
25th: Hoskins rattles the City bar with an thunderous right-footed effort from just outside the edge of the box, Marshall may have got fingertips on that to deflect it.
20th: More City pressure, Clingan slides a ball into the area for Gow to turn on, held up by his marker and Watford can snuff out the danger.
17th: Free-kick for a foul on Mooney, wide on the right, 22 yards from goal, just in from the touchline. Clingan delivers right-footed, inswinger, Mooney goes up for the header but only glances it, he doesn't make enough contact and it goes harmlessly wide of the far post.
16th: More penalty shouts waved away, Mooney is tugged back inside the area looking to latch on to Lee's flicked header but again nothing doing from referee Steve Tanner.
15th: City lead! An element of fortune to it, David Carney slips Otsemobor in centrally and Daniel Rose attempting to get back and tackle, sliding in, manages to loop it up and over Loach and into the far corner.
14th: Gow and Mooney stride forward and the striker on loan from Reading sees an effort from just outside the edge of the area blocked.

12th: Scott Loach comes to claim just oustide his six-yard box and sets Watford away, Rose is played in down the middle but Otsemobor does well to cover across and win the tackle, the full-back blocks the follow-up effort.
11th: The third likewise, this one a better delivery, Mooney and Shackell fighting for it but headed behind. Clingan to deliver the fourth from the left, inswinger and again headed behind. Clingan to take number five, in a row.
10th: Clingan plays a perfectly weighted pass inside the winger for Otsemobor, but Harley does well to challenge as he looks to skip inside. Carney delivers two corners from the right that are headed behind.
9th: Tommy Smith leads a breakaway down their left and crosses but Jason Shackell does brilliantly to win the aerial challenge.
4th: Another free-kick for a foul on Russell. Clingan again delivers, half-cleared, Russell chests down the loose ball and fires in a half-volley that is blocked, more shouts for handball.
