ASSISTANT Manager Ian Butterworth this morning confirmed that triallists Goran Maric and Jens Berthel Askou would both start this afternoon's final match of City's Scottish tour when the Canaries face Airdrie United (3pm).
Midfielder Matty Pattison who briefly departed the touring party due to the birth of his daughter on Thursday morning has now rejoined his team-mates and starts today's game in a three-man midfield alongside summer signings Matt Gill and Owain Tudur Jones.
Wes Hoolahan is expected to operate just behind a front two of Jamie Cureton and Maric.
The City side in full to take on Airdrie at the Shyberry Excelsior Stadium is: Rudd, Spillane, Drury, Gill, Dumic, Askou, Tudur Jones, Hoolahan, Maric, Cureton, Pattison. Subs: Lappin, Stephens, Nelson, McVeigh, Adeyemi, Martin, Bridges, Steer (GK).
After confirming this afternoon's line-up Butterworth told First News he felt the tour had been of great benefit to the group and was hopeful of carrying on the winning streak.
"It has been a good week. The training has been excellent and the players' attitude has been first class," he said.
"The new players have all bonded really well and that is the benefit of a week away like this.
"Games have come at the right time and have enabled us to give players minutes on the pitch plus take a look a one or two who have joined us for the week."
The tour has so far seen City record back-to-back wins with two clean sheets too and Butterworth was looking to continue in that vein this afternoon.
"I'm sure it will be another tough game but we will certainly be looking to carry on the winning sequence."
