THIS weekend's Carrow Road clash with Coca-Cola League One pacesetters Charlton Athletic will see the latest edition of the Club's matchday programme 'On the Ball' on sale.
Inside tomorrow's issue of 'On the Ball' you will find manager Paul Lambert's programme notes. The manager gives his views on City's last two matches and looks ahead to tackling the league leaders.
Saturday's programme also carries an exclusive interview with midfielder Simon Lappin - the only City player to start every game since Paul Lambert became Norwich manager.
During an in-depth interview with programme editor Peter Rogers, Lappin recalls his memories as a Celtic fan and of watching Lambert in action at Parkhead.
"I followed Celtic as a kid," recalled Lappin. "In the 2003 UEFA Cup run they got to the final and obviously while I couldn't get along to watch them when I was playing my own games for St Mirren on a Saturday but come midweek and the European nights I'd get along to Parkhead. He (Paul Lambert) was a fantastic player for club and country - he's won the European Cup so I think that speaks volumes."
The midfielder also reflects on his time in the wilderness under former City boss Glenn Roeder.
"It happens in football if a manager doesn't fancy you, it was tough and I'm not saying I'm glad it happened but I've come through the other side of it and I'm a stronger person for it."
Priced at just £3, 'On the Ball' will be on sale from sellers around the ground on Saturday and available from the two Canary Store outlets at Carrow Road and The Mall, Norwich.
Readers will also find inside seven pages dedicated to visitors Charlton and the latest instalment of 'An Alphabetical Assortment' - an alphabetical look at all things Norwich City.
Also inside Saturday's official matchday programme is a report on the latest win for the youth team and Ian Crook gives his own thoughts on the great Eduardo debate.
For all this and all the very latest news and views from Carrow Road, Colney and the Academy - make sure you grab your copy en route to the match.
