CITY would like to remind all supporters the appropriate tickets and passes must be shown to gain entry into the various corporate and hospitality areas at Carrow Road on matchdays.
Following recent issues with overcrowding in some areas, the Club is asking all fans to make sure they have the right ticket or pass with them to show to stewards and door staff, as without them they will not be allowed in.
In a letter sent out to corporate customers and Gunn Club members, Chief Executive David McNally said: "It is our aim to provide a best-in-class hospitality service at Carrow Road and we will be constantly looking at ways in which we can improve the service we offer to you our valued clients.
"With this in mind, we are keen that you enjoy the Club's facilities comfortably and will ensure that only supporters who have the right of access will be allowed into each facility. On occasion, this has not always been the case leading to an over-crowding of facilities, and increasingly, unnecessary costs to the Club.
"This will mean that our guests will be asked to show a valid ticket or pass before gaining access, but I am sure you will appreciate that it should assist in improving your overall matchday experience."
