YOUNG City midfielder Damon Lathrope is to stay at Blue Square South club Bishop's Stortford until January 31 after his loan spell was extended to a second month.

The 20-year-old current reserve team skipper made six appearances for the Bishops during his first month on loan.

Lathrope signed his first professional contract in January 2008, when he put pen to paper on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
