THE third chapter of Squadcast is launched tonight, with skipper Grant Holt, right-back Russell Martin and Norwich-born midfielder Matt Gill dishing the dirt on their team-mates and discussing goal celebrations.
As a taster to the third chapter, we'll reveal some of their answers:
Who spends the longest in front of the mirror?
Russell Martin: I'm going to go for Oli Johnson, just because I see him in the gym pretending to stretch but staying right in front of the mirror and doing his hair quite a bit. He has got a goof 'fro.
Grant Holt: I'm going to say Simon Lappin, just for the simple reason when he has a shave he is there for ages. He's just like a wolf! He has a shave and walks out and it's there again. Him and Nels (Michael Nelson). Nels spends an age doing his little quiffy thing at the front - just like Ace Ventura!
Do you have set goal celebrations?
RM: I got battered last year! I went absolutely mental when I scored at Leyton Orient. My brother was there and it was my first goal for them (Peterborough) and it was a header and my first header as well. I went mental, too mad!
GH: Over the years I've done different ones. At Rochdale I used to do a chicken dance. Now I kiss my tattoo (on my forearm) because it has my wife and kids names on. The Colchester one, I was delighted to score, you know what you're going to do with a big puddle, it's like being a five-year-old again!
MG: I'm normally just in shock when I score although I got nine last year. It's good to celebrate with the away fans if you score away from home, it's a good feeling.
