CITY PART COMPANY WITH EVENTGUARD

Posted on: Fri 09 Apr 2010

CITY can confirm they have parted company with Eventguard with immediate effect and are in the process of tendering for new non-matchday security providers.

Eventguard were responsible for non-matchday security in the stadium and car parks at Carrow Road and the Colney Training Centre. Matchday security will continue to be handled by the Club and is unaffected by this news. Full security is in place at all sites from temporary providers while the tendering process is underway.

A Club spokesman commented: "We are putting the provision of our non-matchday security out to a competitive tendering process. We take the security of our customers, our staff and our property very seriously indeed and the successful company chosen to be our new partners will need to demonstrate extremely high levels of reliability, professionalism and customer care."
