CITY boss Paul Lambert made two changes to the team that defeated Gillingham in the Carling Cup in midweek for this afternoon's npower Championship match away to Scunthorpe United at Glanford Park.
Andrew Crofts, who was away with Wales and missed the game with the Gills returned to the City midfield as did fellow summer signing Andrew Surman. Simon Lappin and David Fox were the two to make way and they joined Declan Rudd, Simeon Jackson, Oli Johnson, Anthony McNamee and Jens Berthel Askou on the bench.
