YOUNG goalkeeper Jed Steer marked his 17th birthday by signing his first professional contract with the Canaries on September 23, 2009.
An England youth international, the highly-rated Norwich-born Academy product signed a two-and-a-half-year deal.
Steer featured on the bench in City's second round FA Cup defeat to Carlisle United at Brunton Park in November 2009
Previously he played in two first team pre-season friendlies against Raith Rovers and Airdrie United during the summer of 2009.
Jed made his England Under-19 international debut in a 4-0 win over Cyprus in October 2010, adding a second cap for the Under-19s in a friendly match against the Netherlands.
In July 2011 he had his contract extended by another year, securing his services at Carrow Road until 2013. Jed then spent the first three months of 2011-12 on loan to League One Yeovil Town, but has now returned to Norwich City.
Jed made his senior competitive debut in City's 2-1 FA Cup Fourth Round win over West Brom on Saturday, January 28.
