TOMORROW'S League One fixture against Tranmere Rovers at Carrow Road marks the second year of the Aviva Community Chest Challenge.
Aviva are once again handing over Norwich City sponsorship for a day to a local charity and this year's winner as voted by EDP readers to take this honour is East Anglia's Children's Hospices, EACH.
EACH offer a diverse range of supportive care including: short break care, specialist play, music therapy, care at end of life and bereavement support for all family members, including siblings and grandparents.
Together with their other EACH hospice services in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and North Essex, last year they delivered over 65,000 hours of care and support to 368 local families. EACH rely on the majority of their income from voluntary donations.
As well as having their logo on the front of City's shirts for the match, EACH will also receive use of Aviva's executive box to watch the match, PA, scoreboard announcements and a full page advert in the matchday programme 'On The Ball'.
Before the game EACH volunteers and Aviva staff will hold a collection around the stadium and after the game these unique match-worn shirts will be auctioned off to raise money for EACH, log on to www.canaries.co.uk next week for more information.
Last year over £20,000 was raised for The Benjamin Foundation as well as the publicity created for the charity.
