Chris Bailey

Chris Bailey 
Head of Stadium Operations and Supporter Services

Chris is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the stadium and training ground, including the pitch, stewarding, maintenance, health and safety and cleaning.

Customer care is a key part of his job with specific responsibility for the ticket office, and the overall experience of supporters.

Sam GordonSam Gordon
Director of Finance

Sam Gordon is a qualified accountant and holds the position of Director of Finance at the Club.

The role encompasses responsibility for the Club's finances including statutory reporting, cash management, provision of management information to support business decisions, leading budget and forecasting processes and managing external financing relationships. The role also involves overseeing the MIS department.

Andy BatleyAndy Batley
Safety and Security Manager

Andy's job is to ensure the smooth, efficient and safe running of the Carrow Road stadium.

Andy also oversees safety for all events and operations taking place in the stadium and on Norwich City Football Club premises.

Will HoyWill Hoy
Head of Sales and Marketing

Will has sales and marketing responsibilities across the Football Club, managing staff in advertising, sponsorship, matchday hospitality, retail, marketing and promotions.

The development of the Club's brand through licensing, events and the growing affinity portfolio also form part of his role.

Joe FerrariJoe Ferrari
Head of Media

Joe manages relations between NCFC and all local, regional and national print and broadcast media. As well as this Joe oversees and co-ordinates media output on matchdays, as well as overseeing media access to NCFC playing and non-playing staff.

Joe also advises senior managers/NCFC Board members on public relations issues, working with senior managers on internal communications issues and works with the www.canaries.co.uk team to help provide editorial content for the Club's official website.

Chris PopeChris Pope
Acting Catering Operations Manager/Executive Chef

Chris is responsible for all the catering at Carrow Road and Colney, from the match pies to celebrity dinners, sausage rolls to both of Delia's Restaurants. Managing over 300-plus matchday staff and a dedicated full-time team, he oversees not only the hospitality for the home matches but also the day-to-day running of Delia's Canary Catering.
