CANARIES fans can now save money on rail travel to City home games.

National Express East Anglia are offering Norwich supporters a special train travel season ticket, available for travel from any National Express East Anglia station to Norwich train station on 2008-09 home match dates.

The ticket will save users 25 per cent on the cost of 23 cheap day return tickets, and a child's fare will be available at 50 per cent of the adult price.

Andrew Goodrum, Business Director for National Express East Anglia commented on the scheme: "We're delighted to again offer a discounted match day rail season ticket for the many Norwich City supporters who travel by train with National Express from destinations in Norfolk and Suffolk to see the Canaries.

"This offer helps to reward the loyalty of those supporters who can make savings of up to 25 per cent if travelling by train to every home game. We're pleased to work in partnership with Norwich City in helping to promote this offer to their fans and wish the team every success in the new season."

The match day train season ticket can also be used to travel to all home Championship, Carling Cup and FA Cup matches during the 2008-09 season.
