THE TICKET OFFICE phones have been reduced by two hours per weekday evening and will now be open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. On non-matchday Saturday's, the phones remain open from 9am to 2pm.

The ticket office counter at Carrow Road will operate as per existing hours, which are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm non-matchday Saturday.

On matchdays, the ticket office counter is open until kick-off and for short time after the final whistle. Ticket office phones are usually switched off two hours before kick-off.

Tickets can be purchased throughout the season on the online ticketing system. Available tickets for home league matches will always be on sale to super members first followed by standard members and season ticket holders (who wish to purchase extra tickets) and finally on general sale.
