CAMERON Jerome completed his transfer from Stoke City in August 2014 for an undisclosed fee, signing a three-year deal at Carrow Road.

The forward established himself with successful spells at Cardiff City and Birmingham City, earning a move to Stoke on a four-year contract in August 2011.

He scored on his debut for the Potters in a 1-1 draw with Dynamo Kiev in the Europa League that September, and went on to net 12 goals in 67 appearances in all competitions while with the club.

The 28-year-old signed for Crystal Palace on a season-long loan in September 2013 and featured on 29 occasions in the Premier League as they recorded a highest finish of 11th place in the top-flight.

Jerome enjoyed a free-scoring start to life in Norfolk, netting six times in his first five matches.

He continued to provide a significant goal-threat throughout the campaign, registering a career-best 21 goals in 45 appearances across all competitions.

The crowning moment of a fine individual season came at Wembley Stadium, with Jerome scoring the opener in a famous play-off final victory over Middlesbrough.

His efforts throughout the 2014-15 season were recognised by the City fans, who voted him third in the battle for the Player of the Year Award - just behind Wes Hoolahan.

Jerome scored three times in 35 appearances In 2015-16, with two of those goals coming away to Manchester City and Manchester United in the Premier League.

In June 2016, he signed a new three-year deal with the Canaries.
