Christopher Willock missed the hosts' best chance of the second half when he found the sidenetting, and the Canaries held on for the three points.
The youngsters sit seventh in 11-team league after 17 games, and will also continue the defence of their FA Youth Cup trophy too when they take on either Crawley Town or Watford in the New Year.
The Under-18s will now break for Christmas before reconvening for the visit of West Bromwich Albion at Colney Training Centre on January 4 (12pm).
