Young Canaries lose out in nine-goal thriller

NORWICH City's Under-18s were involved in a sensational nine-goal thriller against Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon - losing out 5-4.

Neil Adams' side were caught napping by their opponents in the first half, slipping to a three-goal deficit before Jamie Eaton-Collins pulled one back.

Villa notched their fourth and were looking set for a comfortable victory, but City sparked hopes of a remarkable comback when Rhys Browne and Harvey Hodd struck.

The hosts then scored their fifth before in-form Eaton-Collins netted again, but they just fell short of earning a share of the spoils.
