Full-time Vacancies in Suffolk

The Norwich City FC Regional Development Programme has a number of full time vacancies to join our team within the Suffolk region.

Boys Football Development Officer

Main duty: To manage, organise and develop the Boys Player Development Centre programme (PDC) and Boys Elite Player Development Centre programme (EPDC)

Core Duties:

  • To organise and deliver the boys Suffolk development pathway across its two tiered system.
  • To develop and deliver an effective recruitment & training strategy
  • To support and develop coaching staff within the programme
  • To ensure an appropriate games programme is implemented and delivered
  • To create a strong working relationship with the Club’s academy to ensure player progression

Girls & Women’s Development Coordinator

Main duty: To manage, organise and develop the Girls Elite Player Development Centre programme (GEPDC) and develop further pathways and opportunities for the female game

Core Duties:

  • To organise and deliver the girls Suffolk development pathway
  • To develop and deliver an effective recruitment & training strategy
  • To support and develop coaching staff within the programme
  • To ensure an appropriate games programme is implemented and delivered
  • To increase female participation through a variety of new programmes
  • To create progression channels through to female academies and ladies senior football

Engagement Activity Coordinator

Main duty: To manage, organise and develop the weekly term time children’s courses and holiday provision.

Core Duties:

  • To organise and deliver a variety of term time training courses through Mini Kickers, Sporty tots and Player Technical Centres
  • To implement an effective, fun syllabus and course experiences.
  • To develop and deliver an effective marketing strategy
  • To support and develop coaching staff within the programme

All positions are full-time.

Essential:

  • Level 2 Coaching award
  • Experience in a management role
  • Safeguarding Children certification
  • FA Emergency First Aid / BFAS
  • Licensed Coaches Club membership
  • Full Clean UK Driving License

Desirable:

  • UEFA B Coaching award
