Schools & Community Programme Manager – Full Time, Fixed Term
Purpose: To assist with the long-term vision of Norwich City Football Club and it’s Regional Development Programme (RDP) by leading on, building and implementing an outstanding coaching and delivery service within primary and secondary schools, through organising curricular and extra-curricular football and sports activities, whilst developing further opportunities to enhance and enrich each school.
This role will be to ensure a schools programme is built and developed, whilst also line managing a designated coordinator who will deliver the RDP’s half term and summer holiday course provision, and weekly term time community courses, thus ensuring an all year round schedule is implemented, marketed and delivered.
Operations Assistant – Part Time, Fixed Term
Purpose: To assist with the long-term vision of Norwich City Football Club and it’s Regional Development Programme (RDP) by leading on, and implementing an outstanding operational service by supporting the Managing Director and Operations Manager with the logistics and processes throughout the organisation.
The Operations Assistant will be a role model to drive cultural values and visions across the business, ensuring a professional experience for all staff and customers that engage and deliver with the organisation
Football Development Coordinator – Full Time, Fixed Term
Purpose: The Football Development Coordinator will be the lead coordinator at Stratton Upper School in Bedfordshire and will deliver as head coach on the RDP’s Player Development Centre progammes across our regions. The Football & Education programme for 16-19 year old boys and girls, will be delivered in partnership with Stratton Upper School. The role will include delivering the structure of football provision and fixtures across the week in line with the students academic studies. Ensuring thorough planning and preparation whilst developing assessment tools to monitor the development of the students. The coordinator will report into the Football & Education Manager and will deliver all recruitment activities, including open events, taster sessions and trials. It is the responsibility of the coordinator to ensure the coaching experience is of the highest standard whilst implementing and following all RDP health and safety, risk assessment and safeguarding guidelines whilst working alongside the education partner’s policies and procedures.
The Football Coordinator role is also responsible for the RDP’s Player Development pathway programmes across selected regions, reporting into the Boys or Girls Football Development Manager, and will ensure that the delivery standards and health and safety policies are implemented and adhered too. The coordinator will provide coaching delivery, aswell as support and management of coaching staff, whilst showing strong organisation and administration skills to support with the organised fixtures programmes, tours, trials and weekly sessions.
