On the course male and female players will receive 6 hours of high-quality training per week, delivered by our UEFA B Licence coaches and also include goalkeeper-specific training. Sessions will focus on a specifically designed syllabus, to improve player’s technical and tactical understanding. There will also be an emphasis on physical sessions to improve player’s endurance, speed, agility and strength in order to help them prepare for adult football.

Male and female players will have the opportunity to compete in a weekly competitive games programme. Here they will have the opportunity to represent Norwich City FC in various league and cup competitions. The games programme will provide an opportunity to play competitive fixtures against other professional club development programmes, semi-professional scholarship sides and showcase fixtures with adult and academy teams. Our teams will be encouraged to play in an attacking similar to that played by Norwich City FC in the Premier League.
