Norwich City greatly values the thoughts and views of all its supporters. The Club has a Supporter Services Manager providing a dedicated point of contact to answer queries and represent the needs of fans.

Please note that our Supporter Services Manager is out of the office on annual leave, and returning to the office on 10th September.  We will reply to your complaint as quickly as possible after this date, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

    Please allow up to 48 hours for acknowledgement of this complaint .

    Our Complaints Policy states that we will do our best to resolve all complaints with a further five working days.

    You will be kept informed if any delays occur. All complaints will be responded to initially by email, however if you prefer to be called please try to include the best time to be contacted.
