FOR THE fifth successive year Main Club Sponsor Aviva are looking for those junior and adult Norwich City fans whose passion and devotion stands them out from the crowd.

We want to recognise those individuals that go that bit further to support their beloved club.

You have until 5pm on Friday, April 26 to make your nomination for Aviva Fan of the Year 2013, after which a panel of judges will select three finalists from both junior and adult categories.

Each of our winners will be invited to City’s final home match of the season and before kick off be presented with their Aviva NCFC Fan of the Year trophy on the hallowed turf at Carrow Road. The Aviva Norwich City Fans of the Year will also be treated to an exclusive VIP experience at the Club’s Colney Training Ground, including lunch with a first team player, and a new Norwich City home shirt.
