Midfielder at Brentford until the end of the season

NORWICH City have agreed a deal for midfielder Tom Adeyemi to extend his loan at League One side Brentford until the end of the season.

Adeyemi has started 13 times for the Bees this term, as well as making a further eight substitute appearances and scoring one goal – in a 2-2 FA Cup draw with Southend on January 5, 2013.

On Sunday Adeyemi came off the bench for Brentford to win a penalty that helped secure a famous 2-2 draw against Chelsea in the FA Cup Fourth Round.

The 21-year-old Academy product enjoyed a successful spell on loan to Oldham Athletic in the third tier last season, playing 45 games in all competitions and scoring three goals.

Adeyemi has also had a loan spell with Bradford City in the 2010-11 campaign, after making his senior debut for City on the opening day of the 2009-10 season against Colchester United.
