Players wear commemorative t-shirts on 150th anniversary of FA
TODAY marks the 150th anniversary of the Football Association – and Norwich City will be joining in the celebrations before this afternoon’s Barclays Premier League game against Cardiff City (3pm).Â
City’s players will wear commemorative t-shirts during their warm-up and before the game we’ll be introducing representatives of various successful local clubs and organisations on to the pitch.

Represented will be winners of ten Norfolk County FA cup competitions:

The Norfolk Senior Cup Winners – Norwich City Football Clubs Under 21s, the same team who also won the prestigious FA Youth Cup trophy with players Kyle McFadden and Cameron McGeehan

The Norfolk Sunday Senior Cup Finalists – The Dog House FC with Club Secretary Sophie Baker and Captain Paul Timm;

The Norfolk Sunday Intermediate Cup Winners – Chilvers FC with player/manager Martin Brewer and Club Sponsor Ray Chilvers;

The Norfolk Sunday Junior Cup Winners – Fairstead A.N.G FC with Manager Michael Rix and Assistant Manager Colin Buffham;
