Norwich City sign versatile attacking midfielder from Club Brugge.

NORWICH City are pleased to announce the signing of Belgium international midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from top-tier Belgian side Club Brugge.

Odjidja-Ofoe joins the Canaries on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee, with an option for a further 12 months, subject to international clearance.

Born in Ghent, Belgium, the 25-year-old has played at every level of the Belgium national set-up and has been capped five times at senior level.

He featured 30 times for Club Brugge in the Belgian Pro League last season, scoring three goals.

On his latest summer signing, manager Neil Adams said: "He's a player we've tracked all summer with a view to signing, particularly if we lost one or two of our players in the transfer window.

"I'm absolutely delighted we've signed him. He's a versatile and very attack-minded midfielder who can play in a number of positions."

Adams confirmed neither Odjidja-Ofoe or fellow new boy Conor McGrandles, signed on Wednesday, will be available for this weekend's Sky Bet Championship clash against Bournemouth at Carrow Road.

Both require international clearance, which should be confirmed by the end of the forthcoming international break.
