Matchday programme earns 'Best Value' title

ON THE BALL CITY, the Club’s official matchday programme, has landed its second award of the 2013-14 season.

In their recently announced list of 2013-14 Premier League Programme Awards, the Independent View Football Programme Magazine judged the Norwich City programme to be top of the pile in their ‘Best Value’ category.

The Norwich programme held off competition from Sunderland (second) and West Bromwich Albion (third) to take the title.

This latest award comes swiftly after Programme Monthly announced that City’s Canary Classic feature had won the honour of ‘Best Feature’ in the Premier League.

For the record, the Independent View voted Arsenal as their overall ‘Programme of the Year, with the Gunners also taking the honours in the ‘Best Design’ category. The ‘Best Cover Design’ went to Liverpool while Aston Villa took the mantle of ‘Most Improved Programme’ and ‘Best Feature’ – with Norwich coming second in that category.

This Sunday’s official programme for City’s Barclays Premier League match with Spurs is once again packed with exclusive content and includes interviews with skipper Sebastien Bassong, striker Gary Hooper, former Canary Andy Linighan and former England and Tottenham frontman Teddy Sheringham.
