Touch-and-go for City's new striker
KYLE Lafferty is a doubt for the Canaries' first game of their pre-season training camp in Italy on Sunday with a leg injury.
The summer signing from Palermo picked up the knock at Colney on Thursday, before missing training in Saint-Vincent on Friday and only partaking in some light work on Saturday.
"Kyle picked up the injury on the same day Ricky (van Wolfswinkel) picked his up, but thankfully it doesn't look too bad," City's boss told canaries.co.uk.
"We're hoping he'll be ok but I'm not sure if he'll play in the first game. We'll need to see how he is on the day, but obviously if there's any soreness there then we won't risk him."
Adams also confirmed that van Wolfswinkel, whose injury prevented him from joining up with the squad on the trip, has had a scan on his knee and will be out for 'roughly ten days to two weeks'.
