NORWICH City winger Josh Murphy has joined Sky Bet Championship side MK Dons on loan until the end of the 2015-16 season.

The 20-year-old recently signed a new two-year deal with the Club alongside twin brother Jacob, which will keep him at Carrow Road until at least the summer of 2017.

Murphy has made 29 appearances for the Canaries so far in all competitions, scoring four times - including a memorable debut strike in a 3-2 Capital One Cup victory over Watford in 2013.

He featured 13 times for City in the Sky Bet Championship last term, registering his maiden career league goal in a 3-1 win at Blackpool in September.

Towards the end of the campaign he also enjoyed a brief stint on loan at Wigan Athletic, where he made five appearances.

The Wembley-born Academy graduate formed a key part of the side which won the FA Youth Cup in 2013, scoring City's last goal as they defeated Chelsea 4-2 on aggregate in the Final.
