Academy graduates agree new dealsNORWICH City's Jacob and Josh Murphy have both signed new two-year deals, ensuring they will remain with the Club until at least the summer of 2017.
The youngsters penned their first professional contracts in January 2013, before starring in City's FA Youth Cup success over Chelsea later that year.
Jacob spent much of last season away from Carrow Road on loan, playing a key role in Colchester United's Sky Bet League One survival by netting four goals in 11 games.
He has featured twice for City to date, with both appearances coming in Cup competitions.
Speaking exclusively to canaries.co.uk, he said: "I’m delighted to get the deal signed.
"They like to look after the young players here so I’m happy it’s been done so quickly. I’ve had a good pre-season and to have that recognised with a new deal is nice.
"It’s up to me to continue working hard in order to kick on now."
Meanwhile, Josh has made 29 appearances for the Club so far in all competitions, scoring four times - including a memorable debut strike in a 3-2 Capital One Cup victory over Watford in 2013.
He also took in a temporary stint elsewhere towards the end of the 2014-15 campaign, making five Sky Bet Championship appearances for Wigan Athletic.
After signing fresh terms alongside his twin brother, Josh added: "I'm delighted and I'm just glad it's all sorted now.
"The club has got a big place in my heart and I'm happy to sign, and now the real work begins."
