City stars take on their roles as ambassadorsNATHAN Redmond and Andre Wisdom joined Kick It Out to deliver anti-discrimination presentations earlier this week.
The two City stars are 'Next 20' ambassadors, an initiative in which 20 young players aim to spread Kick It Out's message of inclusion and equality.
Kick It Out’s Professional Players Engagement Manager, Paul Mortimer, gave the workshop to members of City's Futsal Scholarship Programme.
Redmond and Wisdom were invited to join in with a Q&A session afterwards, facing questions from the audience on their career and on discrimination in football.
Speaking to Kick It Out, Wisdom said: "It's good to be part of the 'Next 20' because the message Kick It Out are getting across is very positive.
"If we as players can do more to help and try to influence a younger generation across society, not just in football, then that is something we want to be a part of."
