Young striker set to stay at Bootham CrescentNORWICH City can confirm striker Carlton Morris has extended his loan deal with York City for a further month.
The 19-year-old had been set to return to Carrow Road on 4 January upon the expiration of the initial loan contract, but will now remain at Bootham Crescent into February.
Since joining the Minstermen at the end of November, Morris has made four substitute appearances as York have eased their Sky Bet League Two relegation concerns with a series of impressive results.
The Yorkshire outfit have collected seven points from their last three matches without conceding to move up to 18th place in the league standings.
Morris will be eligible for selection when Russ Wilcox’s side travel to face table-topping Wycombe Wanderers this Saturday.
