City's on-form striker backs the Huddersfield Schools Football Association
CAMERON Jerome says if it wasn't for the support of organisations like the Huddersfield Schools Football Association, he and his friend Fraizer Campbell may have never made it as professional footballers. He's now fully involved with the group in his home town, and is keen to pass on his experience to other youngsters looking to hone their skills and achieve their ambitions on the pitch.
A grant from the Aviva Community Fund would certainly help move his and the Huddersfield Schools FA's objectives along the road.
"There's a lot of talent out there. I was a late developer and a late starter and mine is a similar story to what those kids are going through. I would like to pass on my knowledge of how I got there in the game through this."
