Midfielder makes short-term Ashton Gate switchNORWICH City's Elliott Bennett has joined Sky Bet Championship side Bristol City on an emergency loan until Sunday, January 3.
The 26-year-old has made two appearances for the Canaries so far this term, both of which were in the Capital One Cup.
He featured on ten occasions during City's Sky Bet Championship promotion campaign last season, while also playing seven times for former side Brighton & Hove Albion during a brief loan spell.
Moving to Carrow Road from the Seagulls in the summer of 2011, Bennett has made a total of 79 appearances for the Club in all competitions, scoring three times.
The first game Bennett will be eligible for is the Robins' home meeting with Nottingham Forest on Friday, October 16, while the final game of his loan spell will be away to Reading on Saturday, January 2.
