The latest squad news from ColneyCITY striker Dieumerci Mbokani remains a doubt for this weekend's visit to Premier League leaders Manchester City.
The summer recruit missed Tuesday's Capital One Cup clash with Everton through illness and Alex Neil confirmed on Friday that he is yet to fully recover.
"He's still touch and go. He's still not quite right at the moment, so we'll monitor him ahead of Saturday and see where we are," Neil told reporters at Colney Training Centre.
Andre Wisdom (knee) went off injured before extra-time at Goodison Park and Neil revealed the Liverpool loanee is likely to be out for around a fortnight.
"He's opened his knee up a little bit. Thankfully for us he lasted for 90 minutes on Tuesday, but he had to come off at that stage," he explained.
Neil also hinted at another injury concern in his squad but didn't disclose any names, while on the progress of Youssouf Mulumbu (foot), who was fit enough to make his full Canaries debut midweek, he added: "He ran himself into the ground the other night.
"He got between 65 and 70 minutes, so he's not quite there in terms of fitness levels, but it's a case of now building him up to top form."
Neil also admitted that he has some interesting selection issues to ponder for the trip to the Etihad Stadium, with his players putting in a good performance on Merseyside.
"It's tough, it's not easy. All the the guys who came in did themselves justice in terms of putting their claim forward for a starting spot."
