Captain on defeat in the MidlandsJONNY Howson says he and his Norwich City teammates have to look forward following Saturday's 3-0 loss at Birmingham City.
The Canaries suffered their first Sky Bet Championship loss of the campaign as goals from David Davis and Clayton Donaldson (2) saw the home side run out comfortable victors.
With a two-week break from fixtures now for internationals, Howson told Norwich City TV post-match: "The break gives us a chance to work on it.
"The other games have been fine and it would have been nice going into the break in an unbeaten position, but we move on from this.
"We'll try and put things right where we've gone wrong. After any game - win, lose or draw - you have to move on straight away because you can't affect it now."
When asked about the performance at St Andrew's, Howson added: "It was obviously very disappointing. The performance wasn't there and obviously the result was just as bad.
"In any game of football, if you're sloppy you'll get punished. At this level, you'll get found out if you're not at it.
"As an overall performance it wasn't good enough. All of us at times today could have been better. An honest bunch which we are, we know it wasn't good enough."
