The latest squad news from Colney

ROBBIE Brady could feature against Aston Villa on Saturday (3pm) after recovering from the illness that forced his absence for the midweek defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.

It's less likely that Graham Dorrans will be involved, however, with Alex Neil saying on Friday: "I'm not sure Graham will be ready, but Robbie has been in the last couple of days so he should be fine."

City will be without Alex Tettey at Villa Park after the tenacious midfielder picked up his tenth yellow card of the campaign on Tuesday, but Neil is helped by the return of Gary O'Neil from suspension.

Neil added: "It's tough because we've tried to get some level of consistency, but Gary was out for three games and then when he comes back Alex is out for two matches.

"It's not been ideal but we've got guys who are more than capable of coming in and doing the job."

Patrick Bamford could play after missing out on the 18 for the Spurs match, with Neil having had more time to assess his new striker.

"Patrick had only done half a training session with us, so he only had a short time to come in and get himself ready," he told Norwich City TV.

"We've managed to monitor him between then and now, so he should certainly be involved."
