City's Under-23s to take part in reformed EFL TrophyNORWICH City's Under-23s will compete in Group F of the EFL Trophy, being drawn alongside Peterborough, Barnet and MK Dons in the south section of the tournament.
City are one of sixteen Category One academies to have accepted the invitation to participate in the reformed version of the Trophy.
The competition's group stage will begin on August 29 and each club will play each other once in the group stage, with one game at Carrow Road and two games played away.
The top two teams will then progress to the knockout stage, with the top team in the group being drawn at home to a second-placed side.
Invited clubs will donate all or some of their share of gate receipts to a fund that will be shared equally by League One and Two clubs.
