Familiar opponent for former Bundesliga defenderHANNOVER will present Norwich City with a testing end to their pre-season schedule at Carrow Road on Saturday (3pm), according to Switzerland international Timm Klose.
The former Wolfsburg defender understands the threats Die Roten can bring, having moved to Norfolk from Germany's Bundesliga as recently as January.
"They are good with the ball and know how to pass it," he explained in an exclusive interview to canaries.co.uk.
"Last year they had a bad run of games, which affected their confidence. That ended with them going down, but I think they're a great team.
"It's going to be a tough match because they have a lot of quality. If they bring that quality onto the pitch then it will give us a good challenge."
Having missed the end of last season through injury, Klose is pleased at the individual progress he has made as City step up their preparations for the 2016-17 Sky Bet Championship programme.
"I'm happy to be back fit, which is the most important thing," the 28-year-old added.
"My biggest concern was making sure my knee was ready for the season. Now I'm looking forward to playing at home again in front of our own fans, which is always good.
"We'll try to play a good game for them before the season starts next week."
