5 July 2016

Pre-season plans confirmed for Development Squad

NORWICH City's Under-21s will travel with Alex Neil's first team on their pre-season training camp in Austria later this month.

The group will stay and train in close proximity to the senior players, while also competing in two friendly matches during the seven-day trip.

Dmitri Halajko's side will face Ferencvaros Under-21s in Pinkafeld at 4pm local time on Tuesday, July 19 before taking on FC Slovacko Under-21s at the same time and venue on Friday, July 22.

Under-21s players will also form the playing squads for previously-announced Norwich City XI matches against Dulwich Hamlet, Dereham Town and Dartford.

Prior to their competitive action getting underway, the Under-21s will take part in two further friendlies away to Derby County (Wednesday August 3, 2pm) and at home to Crystal Palace at Colney on Monday August 8 (12pm).
